I am Cliff Adams, and I build websites. I enjoy coding html, css, and javascript. As much as I enjoy the creative process, I am not an artist. Luckily there are many quality templates available. (here, here, and here, for example) I use these templates as a head-start to building sites. Sometimes I customize them a little for clients, sometimes quite a lot.

For pricing, I use the excellent calculator at DesignQuote as a reference. For simple (non-CMS) sites, 1 year of content updates are bundled into the price. I have also been known to barter.
